Chicken substitute cooking question?
So I've been longing Chicken Tortilla soup, but I'm not sure if I should: a. use of counterfeit b. Use only plain paper Chick'n diced tofu c. no substitute at all, simply add more vegetables if I do fad option C you think it is? How can I blow up the flavor without actual chicken, but keep the soup tastes tortilla soup? Here's the recipe. Let me know what you (or other suggestions) You might think the best. I got this recipe … It is similar to yours, but is a vegetarian tortilla soup. Seems to be a favorite of the fans … I think They are without the meat order.
